At Arbecy Foundation, we believe that no Veteran or Tribal member should ever have to choose between safety and dignity. Our mission is built on a simple but powerful idea: every person deserves a clear pathway from homelessness to homeownership.
Step one is Triage Support. In the first 60 days, we focus on immediate stabilization—safe shelter, structured routines, and access to the urgent resources individuals need to begin rebuilding. This phase is about meeting people where they are and giving them a stable foundation to stand on.
Step two is Employment & Workforce Development. We connect individuals to meaningful job opportunities, career training, and long-term economic independence. Sustainable income is the bridge between surviving and thriving.
Step three is Housing & Homeownership. We transition individuals from temporary shelter to permanent housing, with the ultimate goal of building generational wealth through homeownership within their communities.
This is more than a program. It's a promise: that with the right support, transformation is possible—one life, one family, one home at a time.
