The Arbecy Foundation is recognized as a tax-exempt organization under Section 501(c)(3) of the Internal Revenue Code. Donations made to our organization are tax-deductible to the fullest extent permitted by law. Our EIN (Employer Identification Number) is 82-2274952. Effective date of exemption: July 25, 2017.
Financial Transparency
We maintain complete financial transparency and accountability:
- Annual audited financial statements are available upon request
- Form 990 is filed annually with the IRS and available for public inspection
