    Our Programs

Four connected programs — medical care, housing assistance, job training, and rehabilitation — that move Veterans and Native American families from crisis to a home of their own.

Our programs are designed to work together. Most people arrive needing more than one kind of help at once — a safe bed and a doctor, or a job and a stable address. Instead of handing you a list of phone numbers, our team builds one plan and stays with you through it. Start anywhere below, or read more about how our three-stage model works.

    Medical Care

Health problems and housing problems travel together. Our medical care program helps Veterans and Native community members get in front of a provider — for a check-up, chronic conditions like diabetes or high blood pressure, medication refills, or mental health support. We offer counseling, PTSD-informed treatment, substance-use support, and crisis help through clinicians who understand military and tribal experience. When someone already uses the VA, Indian Health Service, or a tribal clinic, we coordinate rather than duplicate: we fill the gaps with appointments, specialty referrals, transportation, and care navigation so nothing falls through. Care is confidential, and no one is turned away for inability to pay.

    Housing Assistance

Housing is the center of everything we do. We help people move from the street, a shelter, a hospital discharge, or a treatment program into clean, structured transitional housing — then onward to a lease of their own. Along the way our team works through the practical barriers: identification documents, benefit verification, deposits, applications, and landlord questions. Our housing works well for adults receiving SSI or SSDI, and for anyone who needs a stable address before they can hold a job. For participants who are ready, we keep going past the lease and into credit, savings, and the real cost of owning a home.

    Job Training

Income turns a temporary fix into a lasting one. Our job training program starts with what a person already knows — military experience, trade skills, kitchen or warehouse work, driving, security, construction — and builds a plan toward work they can keep. That can mean a résumé, interview practice, and clothing for a first shift, or a certification, license, or safety card. We talk honestly about health limits, schedules, and transportation, and for participants on SSI or SSDI we help find work that fits their benefit rules. We also connect people to local employers who want reliable hires.

    Rehabilitation

Recovery is not only medical. Our rehabilitation support addresses the physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual sides of rebuilding a life. We help participants stay connected to treatment and recovery programs, keep appointments, rebuild daily routines, repair family relationships where that is safe and wanted, and find sober community. Cultural and spiritual practice is welcome here, not something to leave at the door. We coordinate closely with treatment centers, hospitals, and recovery partners so a person leaving a program has somewhere steady to land instead of returning to the situation that hurt them.

    How to Enter a Program

There are three ways to start, and all of them reach the same team. Call us at (725) 257-4414, email info@arbecyfoundation.com, or fill out the intake form on our Get Help page.

A Program Director follows up to schedule an intake conversation. That conversation covers your situation, your goals, your income and benefits, and any medical or recovery needs. Bring a photo ID, proof of Veteran or Tribal status if you have it, and income paperwork such as an SSI or SSDI award letter — and if you are missing documents, tell us. We help people replace paperwork all the time.

If your situation is urgent, say so when you call. Placement can move quickly when space is available. If you are in immediate danger or crisis, call 911 or dial 988 for the Suicide & Crisis Lifeline; Veterans can dial 988 and press 1.

For Case Managers and Referral Partners

If you are a social worker, discharge planner, or case manager looking for clean, affordable housing for a client, we would like to hear from you. Our program is a strong fit for adults leaving hospitals, treatment centers, or homelessness, including clients receiving SSI or SSDI.

Our Program Director will meet with you by Zoom or in person in Las Vegas to walk through the program, answer eligibility questions, and arrange a tour. Referrals can be sent by phone or email, and we will tell you honestly what our current capacity looks like.
